摘 要:自1998年专业调整合并之后高校培养人才的适应面变宽,同时也造成专业对口性降低、知识的深度不够。针对过程装备与控制工程专业来说,目前锅炉压力容器检验人才需求缺口较大。本文通过对南京工程学院过程装备与控制工程专业培养模式的研究与分析,探索校企高度融合的锅检行业应用型人才的协同培养模式。Since the adjustment and merger of specialties in 1998, the adaptability of talents in colleges and universities has become wider and wider, and their professional counterparts have declined and their knowledge is not deep enough. As for process equipment and control engineering specialty, the demand gap of boiler and pressure vessel inspection personnel is relatively large. Based on the research and analysis of the training mode of process equipment and control engineering specialty in Nanjing Institute of Technology, this paper explores the schuol-enterprise cooperative training mode of the application talents in the boilers-pressure vessels inspection industry.
