摘　　要：如何对从事输电线路带电作业人员开展规范、有效的专业技能培训,是促进输电线路带电作业大规模推广的关键问题之一。本文以"理论研究"为起点,针对输电线路带电作业技能培训的实际需求,综合利用现代教育方法、计算机网络和虚拟现实等技术优势,探索一种从"理论基础->应用能力->实操能力"循序渐进的专业技能培训模式,设计开发了一套集"多媒体远程教学、VR沉浸式训练、现场操作录播和培训管理"为一体的网络技能培训平台。实际运行表明,输电线路带电作业技能网络培训平台可实现模块化、层次化、开放式的输电线路带电作业培训过程,为培养专业的人员的实际操作能力搭建起了理论与实践的桥梁,对培养输电线路带电作业专业技能人员提供了全方位的理论和实践指导。How to carry out standardized and effective professional skills training for personnel engaged in live working is one of the key issues to promote the large-scale promotion of live working. According to the actual requirements of .the skills training, the paper takes the theoretical research as the starting point, makes use of the advantages of modem education methods, computer network , virtual reality, and other technical, explores a step by step skill training model from ＂theoretical knowledge-〉 application ability-〉 operation ability＂, designs and develops a network skill training platform, which includes ＂multimedia distance education, VR immersion training, on-site operating recording and training management＂. The actual operation shows that the skill training platform achieves modular, hierarchical, open-style distribution network skill training process, builds a bridge between theory and practice for the ability cultivation of the personnel engaged in distribution network live working, provides a full range of theoretical and practical guidance for the training of professional skills of power distribution network live working.
