曲安奈德玻璃体腔内注射治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究曲安奈德玻璃体腔内注射治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月至我院治疗的渗出型老年性黄斑变性患者128例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组患者采取曲安奈德玻璃体腔内注射治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者眼压、最佳矫正视力与黄斑中心的凹厚度等指标比较差治疗后,两组患者各项指标均得到明显改善。结论给予渗出型老年性黄斑变性患者曲安奈德玻璃体腔内注射治疗可有效提高患者的视力,降低患者的眼内压力与黄斑中心的凹厚度,是临床上较为安全且有效的治疗方法,值得推广应用。Objective To study of Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide in treating effect of exudative age-related macular degeneration.Methods January 2016 to January 2017 to the hospital for treatment of 128 patients with exudative age-related macular degeneration as the object of study,which were divided into two groups and control group,The control group received routine treatment,the observation group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide intravitreal injection,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,the intraocular pressure,the best corrected visual acuity and the fovea thickness of the macular center were worse in the two groups.After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were significantly improved.Conclusion Exudative age-related macular degeneration patients Cu Ann Ned intravitreal injection therapy can effectively improve visual acuity,reduce intraocular pressure and central macular foveal thickness in patients with the clinical treatment method is safe and effective,it is worthy of popularization and application.
