摘　　要：文章采用问卷调查和面对面访谈相结合的方法,旨在研究ARCS学习动机理论视角下医学院学生在网络学术信息查询过程中处理信息偶遇时的学习动机,并进一步探讨了信息偶遇的各类影响因素。研究结果表明,医学院学生对信息偶遇的态度较乐观,但利用率不高;性别、上网时间和信息偶遇的标题对信息偶遇无影响;网络环境、文化程度、专业、信息偶遇的热度、内容和形式对信息偶遇均产生显著影响。This article, adopting the methods of questionnaire investigation and face-to-face interviews, aims to research on learning motivation of medical college students while processing information encountering in the process of online academic in- formation query from the perspective of ARCS model, and furtherly discusses influencing factors of information encountering. The research results show that the medical college students＇ attitudes toward information encountering is optimistic, hut the u- tilization rate is not high. The factors such as gender, time and information encountering title have no effect on information en- countering; while network environment, cultural degree, professional information, encounter population, and the contents and forms of information all have a significant impact on information encountering.
