摘　　要：目的:对壮药材红背娘不同部位的没食子酸含量进行比较。方法:采用HPLC法对不同产地的红背娘的根、茎枝、叶各部位的没食子酸含量进行分析。结果:各部位均含有没食子酸成分,含量高低依次为:叶>茎枝>根。结论:红背娘不同部位中没食子酸含量差别较大,根中的含量最低,可为红背娘的应用及质量标准的制定提供实验依据。Objective To compare the contents of gallic acid in different parts of zhuang medicine Hongbeiniang. Methods The contents of gallic acid in roots, stem and branches, leaves of Hongbeiniang were carried out by HPLC. Results The roots and stem and branches and leaves of Hongbeiniang have the gallic acid, The content of the order was the leave 〉 the stem and branch 〉 the root. Conclusion The contents of gallic acid in different parts of Zhuang Medicine Hongbeiniang had big difference, the lowest content in root. This experimental result provide experimental basis for the application and the establishmend of quality standard of Hongbeiniang.
