摘　　要：2017年6月中华人民共和国国家卫生和计划生育委员会发布了基于循证医学证据的《原发性肝癌诊疗规范(2017年版)》。新版规范对肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的诊断、分期和治疗均进行了更新。本文现就更新内容进行描述和阐释。The National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People＇ s Republic of China published evidence- based clinical practice guidelines on diagnosis, treatment and management of hepatoeellular carcinoma （V2017） in June 2017. In this guidelines, the diagnosis, staging, and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma are updated. This article briefly describes and interprets only new or changed recommendations.
