摘  要:开展公立医院院长任期考核是深入推进落实任期制管理的关键环节,也具备逐渐成熟的管理基础。当前国内在院长任期考核方面的理论探讨和实践经验均较少。对公立医院院长实施任期考核,可从任期目标完成情况考评、日常工作开展情况考评、相关方满意度测评3个方面开展,考核的基本内容和指标权重应结合公立医院管理的实际情况予以设定,并通过实践操作调整优化。院长任期考核的实施还需要有明确的管理主体、成熟的任期制管理基础和完善的日常考核体系等条件作为支撑,使考核与医院内部管理和干部人事管理紧密衔接,有效应用于管理改进,并接受相关方的监督。The tenure assessment of the dean is the key links of the implementation of tenure management in public hospitals, and also has a relatively mature foundation of management. The tenure assessment can be evaluated from 3 aspects, including the completion of the tenure target, the condition of daily works, and the satisfaction of relevant parties. The basic content and indicators and weight should be set according with the actual situation of hospital management, and adjusted in the practical process. The implementation of the assessment of the tenure also lies on the definite main part of management, mature foundation of tenure management and the daily assessment system, which will make the assessment closely linked to the internal management and cadre personnel management, effectively improve the management, and accept the supervision of the relevant parties.
