中药制药工程专业《化工原理》教学的探索与研究

摘　　要：《化工原理》是我校中药制药工程专业的专业基础课,是理论与实践结合的重要课程。以《化工原理》为基础,将其基本理论和知识与中药制药工程专业特点进行结合,形成了具有中医药特色的《化工原理》课程。本文根据中药制药工程专业特点,从教学内容、教学方法和评价方式等方面进行完善,进而提高教学质量,以期培养兼具工程和中医药思维的人才。Principles of Chemical Engineering is a basic course for traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy professional, which is an important course linking the theory and practice. The teaching of Principles of Chemical Engineering with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine should be based on Principles of Chemical Engineering, and combine the theory and knowledge with characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy. The reform of teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment was carried out, aiming to improve the quality of the course teaching and culture students with engineering thinking and traditional Chinese medicine thinking.
