人民中心、全球视野和历史情怀——论习近平文艺思想的三个政治维度

摘　　要：习近平文艺思想是习近平治国理政思想的重要组成部分,其中人民中心、全球视野和历史情怀是它的三个鲜明政治维度。人民中心论是习近平文艺思想最突出、最基本和最重要的观点之一。它高度重视文艺陶冶人民情操、涵养人民心灵、教化人民道德的审美价值,突出人民在文艺创作中的主体地位,强调构建包含人民要素的新型文艺批评体系。指习近平始终站在当代中华民族伟大复兴和当代中华文化全球化传播的战略高度上思考中国文艺创作问题,具有高瞻远瞩的全球视野。习近平对中华美学精神的推崇、对历史富矿的开掘和对中国优秀传统文化的传承意识彰显出其文艺思想厚重的历史情怀。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（ CPC）,XI Jin-ping has put forward a series of strategic and thought-provoking propositions and thoughts on these occasions. He has focused on the speech of the Beijing Symposium on Literature and Art in 2014 and the 2016 the opening ceremony of the speech,and made a comprehensive,systematic and profound exposition,which formed a shining Marxist brilliant literary thought. Among them,the people＇s center,global vision and historical feelings constitute the three basic dimensions of Xi Jinping＇s literary and artistic thoughts.
