摘　　要：进行高校创新创业教育是当前中国科技与经济发展的内在要求,也是驱动中国新一轮技术与产业革命的必然选择。高校作为经济与科技发展的孵化器与人才输送机构,承担的责任重大。文章以教育部关于以创新创业教育引擎"互联网+"时代高校教学精神作为改革目标,重点提出高校创新创业课程体系、教学方法、教师队伍建设改革策略等。The innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is the inherent requirement of Chinese science and technology and economic development at present, it is also the inevitable choice of Chinese driving a new round of technological and industrial revolution. Colleges and universities as the incubator of development of science and technology and economic development and talent conveying agencies, assume a significant responsibilities. In this paper, with the Ministry of Education as the reform goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education engine of＂Internet ＋＂, puts forward the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system in colleges and universities, teaching methods, teachers team construction reform strategy and so on.
