摘　　要：探索高职院校卓越中药技能型人才培养模式,强化人才培养内涵建设,进一步深化校企合作,提高人才培养质量,是当下高职院校中药专业教育凾待解决的问题。结合安徽中医药高等专科学校卓越中药技能型人才计划项目的实施,就卓越中药技能型人才培养模式的内涵与构建进行了阐述。Exploring the training mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） talents training, promoting the connotation of talent cultivating, sthengthed the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and improving the quality of TCM talents training were the problems needs to be solved in current higher education of TCM professional education. Combined with the implementation of outstanding talents training project of our college, the content and the mode of talents training was described.
