华蟾素胶囊联合化疗治疗Ⅲ期结肠癌术后患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨华蟾素胶囊联合奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙和5-氟尿嘧啶(FOLFOX4)化疗方案治疗Ⅲ期结肠癌术后患者的疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2016年6月间新疆昌吉州人民医院收治的68例结肠癌患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。观察组患者给予华蟾素胶囊联合FOLFOX4方案治疗,对照组患者给予FOLFOX4方案化疗。观察两组患者术后不良反应的发生情况和实体瘤疗效评价。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为64.7%,高于对照组患者的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者白细胞减少发生率和恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),两组患者骨髓抑制、血红蛋白和血小板减少和口腔溃疡等的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组患者生活质量改善率为41.2%高于对照组患者的32.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素胶囊能提高FOLFOX4方案的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,减轻患者用药后的不良反应。Objective To explore the efficacy of cinobufacini capsule combined with oxaliplatin,calcium folinate and 5-fluorouracil（FOLFOX4 regimen） in patients with stage III colorectal cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients with colorectal cancer treated at Changji People＇s Hospital were selected from January 2013 to June 2016.Using the random number table method,patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 34 patients in each group.The observation group was given cinobufacini capsule combined with FOLFOX4 and the control group was given FOLFOX4.The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and the efficacy were observed in the two groups.Results Efficiency was 64.7% for the observation group which was higher than 50.0% of the control group（P0.05）.The incidence of aleucocytosis and nausea and vomiting was lower in the observation group than in the control group（all P0.05）.There was no significant difference in incidence of bone marrow suppression,decreased hemoglobin,thrombocytopenia and aphthous ulcers（P0.05）.Rate of improvement in quality of life was 41.2% which was higher than 32.4% of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Cinobufacin capsules can improve the therapeutic efficacy of FOLFOX4 and quality of life as well as reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
