摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术的效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2017年1月收治的行腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术的48例患者,分析治疗情况。结果 48例中有46例接受腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石手术,2例接受经胆囊管胆总管探查手术。结论腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术创伤小、安全可行,有一定的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017, 48 patients with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and operation were analyzed.The treatment was analyzed. Results Forty - six cases underwent laparoscopic common bile duct incision and 2 cases underwent gallbladder common bile duct exploration. Conclusion Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and lithotripsy are small,safe and feasible, and have certain clinical value.
