摘　　要：介绍了护理人力资源配置的相关概念和意义，从中西医结合医院护理人力资源配置特殊性、中西医结合医院护理人力资源配置的方法及现况以及目前存在的问题等几个方面综述了国内中西医结合医院护理人力资源配置研究现状，并对护理人力资源配置进行了展望。This paper introduces the relevant concepts and the significances of nursing human resource allocation. This paper also reviews the research status of human resource allocation for combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in several aspects including the particularity, methods, current situation and the existing problems in integrated nursing with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and so on with the expectation for nursing human resource allocation.
