摘　　要：化装侦查作为一种重要的侦查手段,在德国的立法与司法实践中地位十分重要。在德国立法与司法实践的基础上,对化装侦查的分析可从以下几个方面进行:概念与法律依据,实施主体和程序控制机制;化装侦查的实体法问题与实体控制机制;化装侦查所获证据材料的转化等。德国化装侦查的立法与司法实践,有其成熟的经验,也存在着一定的不足。As an important means of investigation, the disguised investigation is and judicial practice in Germany.
