摘　　要：随着依法治国的全面推行和依法行政的深入推进,规范执法是新形势下执法部门执法工作发展的必然趋势。建立健全执法全过程记录制度,真实、准确地反映行政执法行为,实现执法全程留痕,是确保严格规范公正、文明执法的重要手段。本文以上海市嘉定区卫生计生监督所试点应用执法记录仪,探索和分析执法记录仪在卫生计生监督执法中的应用,以供同行参考和借鉴。With the full implementation of governing the country by law and the further progress of the administrative control by law,standardizing the law enforcement is the inevitable trend of law enforcement work in the new situation. Establishing and improving the whole process of law enforcement record system,truly and accurately reflecting the administrative law enforcement,and keeping the marking of the whole process are the important methods to ensure strict, normative,fair and civilized law enforcement. This article is based on the pilot application of law enforcement recorder in Jiadinghealth and family planning supervision, exploring and analyzing the application of law enforcement recorder in the work field in order to give the reference to the peers.
