摘 要:目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定电子制造业工作场所空气中13种有机化合物的分析方法。方法工作场所空气中13种有机化合物经活性炭管采集、二硫化碳解吸,经DB-1毛细管气相色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果该方法分离效果好,检出限在0.289~2.75μg/ml之间,相关系数在0.999 8~1.000 0之间,解吸效率为83.1%~97.7%,相对标准偏差在0.71%~3.95%之间。结论该方法能有效分离和准确测定空气中13种有机化合物,具有较好的精密度和准确度,操作简便,灵敏快速,适用于电子制造业复杂工作场所中空气毒物的测定。[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of 13 organic compounds in electronics manufacturing workplace air by gas chromatography. [Methods]The 13 organic compounds in the air of workplace were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide. The samples were separated by DB-1 capillary column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The qualitative analysis was performed by retention time,and the quantification analysis was based on peak area. [Results]This method had good separation effect. The detection limit ranged from 0.289 μg/ml to 2.75 μg/ml,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8-1.000 0. The average desorption efficiency of target components was 83.1%-97.7%,while the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.71%-3.95%. [Conclusion]This method can effectively separate and accurately determine the 13 organic compounds in workplace air with better accuracy and precision. The method is simple and rapid,which is suitable for the determination of air toxics in the complex workplace of electronics manufacturing industry.
