摘　　要：佳木斯快乐舞步健身操作为一种社会文化现象,风靡于全国各地。快乐舞步健身操从审美价值角度来说,在形式、身体、文化等方面蕴涵着各种各样的美,给参与者带来美的享受。人们在进行快乐舞步健身操这一体育运动时,追求的不仅是生理机能上的"健康",更多的是自我超越的精神享受,展现自身的健康和美,从而丰富精神文化生活,获得精神上的满足和愉悦。参与者需要树立正确的审美观念,提高自身审美能力,在实践中不断发现、感知和体验快乐舞步健身操的文化审美价值。Jiamusi happy dance fitness operation as a social and cultural phenomenon, popular in all parts of the country. Happy dance exercise, from the aesthetic point of view, in terms of form, body, culture and other aspects of the implication of a variety of beauty, bring the beauty of the participants to enjoy. People in the happy dance gymnastics, they pursuit not only physiological function of the ＂ health＂ , but also self-transcendent spirit to enjoy, and show their health and beauty, so as to enrich the spiritual and cultural life, achieve spiritual satisfaction and pleasure. Participants need to establish the correct aesthetic concepts, improve their aesthetic ability, constantly discover, perceive and experience the happy aesthetic quality of the art of dance in practice.
