优化高职教育政校企合作机制的对策分析

摘　　要：地方高等职业教育服务于地方经济是高职教育的根本宗旨。高职教育要与地方经济紧密结合,依据地方经济发展的需求来确定人才培养模式和培养目标,充分利用地方的区域优势,努力构建以地方区域经济为基础的融入式合作模式。随着高职教育政校企合作机制不断走向正规,政校企合作机制的优化是促进政校企合作深度和广度发展的关键。文章首先分析了高职教育政校企合作的几种基本模式,其次给出了优化高职教育政校企合作机制的对策。Local higher vocational education serving local economy is the fundamental purpose of higher vocational education. Higher vocational education should be closely integrated with the local economy, according to local economic development needs to determine the personnel training mode and training target, make full use of the regional advantages of local, local efforts to build a regional economy based integrated cooperation model. With the higher vocational education school enterprise cooperation mechanism, the optimization of the school enterprise cooperation mechanism is the key to promote the development of the depth and breadth of the school enterprise cooperation. This paper first analyzes the basic model of higher vocational education school enterprise cooperation, and then gives the countermeasures to optimize the school enterprise cooperation mechanism of higher vocational education.
