摘 要:配制 TPI/甲苯极稀溶液 (质量分数为 1 0 - 4%~ 1 0 - 2 % ) ,用喷雾法、漏斗富集法、生物展开法制备 TPI单链或寡链粒子试样 ,分别采用不同结晶温度及结晶时间。用透射电镜观察样品微观形貌 ,发现 TPI单链或寡链呈现多样的微观结晶形态 ,主要有 :尺寸为几十纳米的微晶粒子、几十至几百纳米的寡链单晶及在非晶衬底上的结晶小粒子等。实验发现 TPI寡链单晶较微晶小粒子更耐电子辐照。Trans 1,4 polyisoprene was dissolved in toluene to make very dilute solution(concentration is 10 -4 ~10 -2 wt%).Three methods were used to prepare the single chain particles and pauci chain particles.They were atomizer spraying method,filling funnel congregation method and biological expansion method.The single chain and pauci chain particles were crystallized at the different constant temperature for varied period of time.The morphology of single chain or pauci chain particles was observed with trans electron microscopy.Three kinds of crystal morphology were acquired in the experiments:crystallites whose dimensions were only tens of nano meter,pauci chain single crystals of hundreds nano meter and crystallized particles grown in amorphous substrate.The ability of anti electronic radiation of the pauci chain single crystals was stronger than that of the crystallites whose dimension were tens of nano meter.
