中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察荆花胃康胶丸联合西药治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的临床疗效。方法:选取166例PU患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为西医组和中西医联合组,每组83例。西医组予阿莫西林、克拉霉素及甲硝唑等西药治疗,中西医联合组在西药治疗基础上加服荆花胃康胶丸。2组均连续治疗4周。治疗后评估2组临床疗效和胃镜疗效,随访半年观察复发率。结果:西医组临床疗效总有效率91.57%,中西医联合组临床疗效总有效率98.80%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。西医组胃镜疗效总有效率90.36%,中西医联合组胃镜疗效总有效率97.59%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。西医组复发9例,复发率20.93%;中西医联合组复发5例,复发率7.58%。2组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上加服荆花胃康胶丸,能提高临床疗效,促进患者尽快康复,且复发率较低。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jinghua Weikang soft capsules combined with western medicine for peptic ulcer（PU）. Methods： Selected 166 cases of PU patients as study objects, and divided them into western medicine group and the combination group randomly, 83 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with amoxicillin, clarithromycin and metronidazole, while the combination group was additionally treated with Jinghua Weikang soft capsules. Both groups received treatment for four weeks. Evaluated the curative effect of syndromes as well as the gastroscopic effect in both groups after treatment, and observed the recurrence rate after following up for half a year. Results： The total clinical effective rate was 91.57% in western medicine group and 98.80% in the combination group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. The total gastroscopic effective rate was 90.36% in western medicine group and 97.59% in combination group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. In western medicine group, there were 9 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate being 20.93%; in the combination group, there were 5 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate being 7.58%, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of JinghuaWeikang soft capsules on the basis of routine western medicine therapy can enhance the clinical effect and promote the recovery of patients, and it has low recurrence rate.
