摘 要:在石油输送过程中,金属管道腐蚀问题不仅给石油化工企业带来巨大的经济损失,同时严重威胁企业的安全生产,因此,研究金属防腐缓蚀剂变得尤为迫切。针对冀东油田金属管道腐蚀问题,通过优化合成工艺制备了性能优良的缓蚀剂,以N-甲基二乙醇胺为主缓蚀剂,配比不同的辅助剂,得到二元复配和三元复配缓蚀剂,并对缓蚀性能影响因素进行分析。结果表明,以N-甲基二乙醇胺为主缓蚀剂,钼酸钠和硫脲质量浓度分别为65 mg/L和35 mg/L时,3种缓蚀剂分子协同效应最佳,平均腐蚀速率为0.028 7 mm/a,缓蚀率达到极值94.22%。In the process of oil transport,the corrosion problems for metal pipe not only bring huge economic loss to petrochemical enterprises,but also threaten seriously the safety of production. Therefore,the research on corrosion inhibitor for metal has become particularly urgent. In order to solve the corrosion problems of metal pipe in Jidong Oilfield,the corrosion inhibitors with excellent performance are prepared through optimizing synthesis process. N-methyl diethanolamine,as the main corrosion inhibitor,is matched with different auxiliary agents to make binary compound corrosion inhibitor and ternary compound corrosion inhibitor.The influence factors on corrosion inhibition performance are analyzed. The results show that when N-methyldiethanolamine is used as the main corrosion inhibitor and the concentration of sodium molybdate and thiourea is 65 mg·L-1and 35 mg·L-1respectively,the synergistic effect of these three corrosion inhibitors is the best,which gives the average corrosion rate at 0. 028 7 mm·a-1,the corrosion inhibition rate reaches 94. 22%,the extreme value.
