摘　　要：新媒体技术的高速发展和成功运用,使得卫生监督领域传统思维和固有服务方式有了颠覆性的转变。卫生监督工作具有公众服务性特点,是否可以运用新媒体技术,与公众实现"零距离"的交流?本文从当前卫生监督公众服务端口基本模式、主要运用形式、特点、局限性和运用建议等方做了详细分析,进一步探讨微博、微信、微官网和官方App等公众服务模式在卫生监督领域应用的可行性,以期让公众真正享受到新技术带来的卫生监督健康服务。The rapid development and successful use of new media technology has made the traditional thinking and inherent service in the field of health supervision changed in a subversive way. Health supervision work involves public service characteristics. Is it possible to take the advantage of new media technology, to create a closer way to communicate with the public？ This article made a detailed analysis about the current health supervision of the public service port basic model, the main forms, characteristics, limitations and recommendations of application, further discussed the feasibility of Weibo, We Chat, Official Website, official App, and several other public service models in health supervision to allow the public truly enjoy the health supervision services that new technology brings about.
