摘　　要：目的了解我国卫生信息化建设综合试点省市居民健康档案建设现状,分析存在的问题。方法在我国卫生信息化建设综合试点地区范围内,选取地市级卫生信息中心,通过问卷调查信息收集。结果 2012年年底,受调查地区的健康档案建档率为83.1%,其中电子档案建档率为78.9%。结论我国居民健康档案建档率有了迅速提高并达到了一定的水平,但按照原卫生部要求建设的规范化居民电子健康档案比例并不高,规范化电子健康档案建设和管理有待进一步提高。Objective To understand residents＇ health records construction status of health information construction pilot provinces and cities in China, analyze existing problems. Methods Municipal-level health information center from health information construction pilot areas were selected, information were collected through questionnaires. Results By the end of 2012, archiving rate of residents＇ health records in surveyed areas was 83.1%, of which electronic health records was 78.9%. Conclusion Residents＇ health records archiving rate raised rapidly, however, the rate of records that met the construction standard requirement of the Ministry of Health is still low, standardization of electronic health records construction and management need to be further improved.
