综合康复培训改善精神分裂症患者服药态度和生活质量  

Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training for Attitude Toward of Drug Use and Quality of Life in Patients with Schizophrenia:An Observation Study

摘　　要：目的:探讨利伯曼精神康复技术联合认知行为治疗(以下简称综合康复培训)对精神分裂症患者的服药态度和生活质量的作用。方法:对曾接受综合康复培训的180例精神分裂症患者应用服药态度问卷(Drug Altitude Inventory,DAI)及精神病人生活质量量表(Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale,SQLS)在培训前和后(约3周)进行评估。结果:综合康复培训治疗前后比较,DAI分数升高(t=9.875,P<0.001),SQLS的3个维度社会心理、动力精力,症状副作用的分数均下降,且差异有统计学意义(t=-5.831,-12.112,-7.373;P<0.001)。相关性分析显示,DAI与性别、SQLS各维度改善程度均有显著性相关。结论:综合康复培训能显著地改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量,尤其动力精力及症状副作用,从而进一步改善患者对服用抗精神病药物的态度,促进患者早日回归社会。Objective：To examine the efficacy of Liberman rehabilitation training combined with cognitive behavior therapy（comprehensive rehabilitation training）for attitude toward of drug use and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.Methods：A total of 180 schizophrenia patients were assessed using Drug Altitude Inventory（DAI）and schizophrenia quality of life scale（SQLS）at the treatment begin and endpoint（about 3 weeks）.Results：Compared with the comprehensive rehabilitation training at begin,the DAI total scores increased（t =9.875,P 〈0.001）and SQLS in-cluding social psychology,dynamic energy,symptoms and adverse reactions had significant reduction（t =-5.831,-12.112,-7.373;P 〈0.001 ）.ADI and gender,as well as between each dimension of SQLS had positive correlation. Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation training can be significantly effective for the improvement of SQLS,espe-cially in dynamic energy,symptoms and adverse reactions,which will further contribute to the improvement of atti-tude toward of drug use in patients with schizophrenia and promote schizophrenia patients return to society as early as possible.
