阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症女性患者的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症女性患者的疗效及安全性。方法:选择2012年1月-2016年1月在我院就诊的女性精神分裂症患者260例随机分为两组,每组130例,A组服用阿立哌唑,B组服用利培酮,比较两组疗效及安全性。结果:(1)A、B两组相比,治疗2周后的总分、阳性症状分数,以及治疗4周后阴性症状分数差异具有统计学意义(t=4.356,5.362,3.896;P<0.05),阿立哌唑组均高于利培酮组,其余各时间段的总分和各项因子分数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)A组治疗有效率为84.6%,B组82.3%,两组差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);(3)不良反应发生率在A组为42.3%,B组为83.8%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=48.155,P<0.05);(4)患者的依从性A组为85.4%,B组72.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.664,P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效虽然较利培酮慢,但总体疗效相似,并且不良反应发生率低,尤其是震颤、肌强直以及静坐不能,在患者的依从性上也优于利培酮,因此,阿立哌唑对于女性精神分裂患者疗效好、安全性高,值得在临床广泛推广。Objective：To explore the effect and safety of Aripiprazole on female patients with schizophrenia.Meth-ods：From January 2012 to January 2016,a total of 260 female patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were divid-ed two groups randomly,130 patients in each group.Patients in group A took Aripiprazole,in group B took Risperi-done,and the effect and safety were compared between groups.Results：①Between A/B group,the total score after 2 weeks of treatment,the score of positive symptom,and the negative symptom score after 4 weeks of treatment were statistical different（t = 4.356,5.362,3.896;P 〈 0.05 ）,and group A had higher scores than group B.Other scores were not statistical different（P 〉0.05）;②The effective rate in group A was 84.6%,group B was 82.3%,there were no differences between groups（P 〉0.05）;③The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 42.3%,group B was 83.8%,there were significant differences between groups （χ2 = 48.155,P 〈 0.05 ）;④ The patient＆#39;s compliance in group A was 85.4%,group B was 72.3%,there were significant differences between groups（χ2 =6.664,P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Although the effect of Aripiprazole on female patients is slower than Risperidone,the overall curative effect is similar.Besides,the incidence of adverse reactions especially the tremor,muscle rigidity and akathisia of Aripiprazole is lower than that of Risperidone.Also,the patient＆#39;s compliance of Aripiprazoleis is better.Therefore,the effect and safety of Aripiprazole on female patients with schizophrenia is good,worth popularize in clinical.
