摘　　要：目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术(Video-assisted mini-thoracoctomy,VAMT)在肿瘤直径大于5cm(T>5 cm)的周围型非小细胞肺癌(Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)外科手术中的应用。方法分析应用VAMT技术行T>5CM的周围型非小细胞肺癌手术46例,总结其经验与应用体会。结果 VAMT手术治疗NSCLC46例,恢复顺利,无围手术期死亡病例。结论 VAMT在肺癌外科具有重要作用,对肿块较大、分期相对偏晚的非细胞肺癌患者可优先考虑选择VAMT。Objective To summarize clinical experiences of video - assisted mini - thoracotomy surgery for non - small cell lung cancer which tumor size surpass 3 cm. Methods The data of 46 NSCLC cases which tumor size surpass 5 cm underwent video - assisted mini - thoracotomy surgery was retrospectively analyzed. Results 46 NSCLC cases which tumor size surpass 5cm underwent video- assisted mini -thoracotomy surgery,all patients recovered smoothly, no preoperative death occurs. Conclusions VAMT is a very important way for non - small cell lung cancer, especially for patients which tumor size surpass 5cm.
