摘　　要：在分析现有不锈钢复合底锅压力焊的生产方式、工艺以及存在问题的基础上,构建了由已有高温炉、压力焊机、冷却输送带、新设计的定位滚筒输送带、取锅工业机器人、放锅工业机器人和退料装置组成的不锈钢复合底锅压力焊自动生产线。该生产线提高了复合锅压力焊工序的自动化水平,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,降低了安全事故的风险。By analyze the existing production method, process and existing problems in stainless steel kettle composite pressure welding, building a automatic product line composed of the existing high temperature furnace, pressure welding machine, cooling conveyor, new locate roller conveyor, robot for take a pot, robot for put a pot and the device push a pot out of the mould. The production line improves the automation level of the composite pressure welding process, reduces the labor intensity of the workers, improves the production efficiency and reduces the risk of safety accidents.
