摘 要:我国实施少数民族双语教育的根本目的,在于培养具备国家通用语言文字和本民族语言文字能力,拥有中华文化和本民族文化知识,德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。少数民族双语教育合目的性研究,旨在推动双语教育更加贴近民族地区教育基本规律,更加适应国家经济社会发展需求,也更加契合保护文明、传承文化的时代重任。开展双语教育合目的性研究一定要立足本国国情,将国家利益与少数民族群众基本利益相结合,从而使少数民族群众通过国家通用语言文字习得更快适应国家经济社会发展,更方便参与国家政治、经济和文化建设,更便捷共享国家现代化发展的成果。Implementing ethnic-minority bilingual education aims to cultivate socialist builders and successors equipped with national universal language and their own ethnic language as well as Chinese culture and their own ethnic culture with all-round development in morality, intellect, physical quality and beautiful disposition. The research in ethnic-minority bilingual education is intended to make bilingual teaching closer to the basic rule of education in ethnic-minority region, accord with the demand of national economic and social development and protection of civilization and epochal commitment of inheriting culture. The research in the purpose of bilingual education must be based on China's reality and national intgerest combined with the basic interest of ethnic-minority people so that ethnic-minority people might adapt themselves to national economic and social progress, participate easier in national political, economic and cultural construction and share the fruit of national modernization by acquiring national universal language.
