农产品质量安全控制下“农超对接”主体间成本分担机制

摘　　要："农超对接"是农产品流通的一种重要模式,不仅可以有效降低农产品流通成本,而且在一定程度上保证农产品质量安全,实现农户与超市的共赢。以"农超对接"供应链中农户和超市组成的二级供应链为研究对象,在线性需求的情形下,构建成本分担机制前后农户和超市的利润函数,并对成本分担后的效果进行分析。研究结果表明,成本分担机制的建立,有利于提高农产品的供应质量、供应链的利润以及农户参与"农超对接"的积极性,对我国农超对接模式的普及具有一定的推动作用。The alliance of farmers and supermarkets is a main circulation model of agricultural products.Not only can it effectively decrease the cost of circulation,but also to some extent ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,and finally realize the win-win situation between the farmers and supermarkets.This paper studies a two-level alliance of agriculture and supermarkets supply chain consisting of farmers and supermarkets under the condition of linear demand.The profit functions of the farmers,supermarkets are set up and the results are compared before and after the cost sharing mechanism involved.The research results show that the cost sharing mechanism can raise the supply quality level of agriculture products and the profits of the supply chain,and the farmer participation enthusiasm is also improved.It helps to enhance the development of alliance of agriculture and supermarkets model in our country.
