摘　　要：作为关键的创业情感因素,创业激情研究越来越受学者们重视,然而目前关于创业激情与新企业成长的关系研究不足。本研究基于大规模问卷调查实证研究了创业激情对新企业成长的影响,揭示创业学习在创业存在激情对新企业成长影响过程中的关键作用。结果显示,创业激情对创业学习(经验学习和观察学习)产生积极作用,创业学习积极影响新企业成长,并且创业学习在创业激情对新企业成长影响过程中发挥着中介作用。相关研究较好地弥补了已有理论研究不足。As the key factor of entrepreneurial emotion, entrepreneurial passion has received great attention by the scholars. However, little is known about the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and new venture growth. Hence, based on the large -scale questionnaire survey, we explore the mechanism of entrepreneurial passion on new venture growth. We find that entrepreneurial passion positively impact on entrepreneurial learning （experience learning and observation learning ）, entrepreneurial learning is positively associated with new venture growth, and entrepreneurial learning plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial passion and new venture growth. Our research has made up for the lack of theoretical research.
