摘　　要：目的 评价煤矿工人爆炸性眼外伤急诊治疗的效果.方法 回顾性分析53例（91眼）爆炸性眼外伤急诊治疗的临床资料.根据外伤部位、性质、程度及范围的不同,而采取不同的治疗方法,及早进行处理.结果 88眼均恢复良好,视力有不同程度的改善,1眼无光感者保留了眼球,2例（2眼）眼球严重破裂者行眼球摘除术.结论 爆炸性眼外伤尽早进行针对性的处理,可取得较好疗效.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of emergency treatment for explosive ocular trauma in colliers.Methods The data of 91 eyes of 53 colliers with explosive ocular trauma were collected and analyzed retrospectively.They were received different emergency treatments according to traumatic character,position and range.Results The treatment efficacy was good in 88 eyes.The visual acuity were improved in different degree after treatment.Only 1 eye with no light perception reserved eyeball and 2 eyes with severe eyeball rupture received enucleation of eyeball.Conclusion Early and appropriate emergency treatment for explosive ocular trauma in colliers has good efficacy.
