普通高校本科体育教学质量保障与监控体系研究——以哈尔滨工程大学为例

摘　　要：目的构建理论完善、实践效果良好的本科体育教学质量保障与监控体系。方法以哈尔滨工程大学为实例研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈调查法、实验法以及设计性研究法,从理论上梳理和构建普通高校本科体育教学质量保证与评估组织机构的关系。结果与结论宏观上,构建完善了普通高校体育教学质量保障与监控体系,并适用于全国普通高校理论和实践教学和管理;从微观上完善了哈尔滨工程大学体育教学质量保障和评价体系,适用于哈尔滨工程大学理论与实践教学和管理。Objective To establish perfect theory and effective practice of undergraduate physical education quality assurance and monitoring system. Methods Taking Harbin Engineering University as an example, this paper combed and constructed the relationship between the quality assurance and monitoring system of undergraduate physical education by means of literature, interview and experiment methods. Results and Conclusion On the macroscopic level, the quality assurance and monitoring system of physical education was improved, and it was applicable to the theory and practice teaching and management of undergraduate colleges in China; On the micro level, the quality assurance and monitoring system of physical education of Harbin Engineering University was perfected and was suitable for teaching and management.
