摘 要:介绍了大管幕工法(SPR)基本版的施工步序、工法特点及地层适用性.详细阐述了SPR工法的3个发展阶段及基于标准版的多种衍生SPR站型.建立三维结构-荷载模型,对通长直管型SPR车站"三跨两柱标准站型"、"两跨单柱站型"和"单跨站厅无柱站型"在施作不同二衬结构及顺、逆作工况下结构体系的变形和内力进行了比较验算.结果表明:SPR车站结构变形较小,对地表及周边环境影响较小;大管幕体系中大管幕内力相对较小,应重点验算内撑环梁和中柱受力;施作二衬可降低环梁整体受力,但需优化二衬厚度,避免施工时下部结构内力过大;逆作法施工的三跨标准站型最安全,其次为两跨单柱薄二衬站型,单跨站型受力最大.The construction procedures,characteristics and applicability for formations of superpipe roof(SPR)method standard model is introduced in this paper.Three development periods of SPR and related several derived station models based on the standard SPR station are described in detail.By establishing 3DSPR structure-load model,the deformation and internal forces of three spans and double columns model(TSDC),two spans and single column model(TSSC),and single span without column in station hall model(SSC)with long-straight-pipes and different secondary lining types built by bottom-up method and top-down method are compared andchecking calculated.The results show that the deformation of SPR stations is small,and it has a little influence on the surface and surrounding environment.Since the internal forces of superpipes are relatively small in SPR bearing system,the force bearing of internal-supportbeams and interior columns should be emphatically calculated.A station structure with the secondary linings is safer than the not lining one.For avoiding excessive internal forces of substructure under the construction condition,the thickness of secondary linings needs to be optimized.In those metro station models,TSDC built by top-down method is the safest type,followed by TSSC with thin secondary linings,and the structure stress of SSC is the largest.
