新疆区内初中班少数民族学生跨行为文化适应调适对策研究——以石河子市十六中的区内初中班为例

摘　　要：文章以文化适应和文化变迁的相关理论为依据,将石河子市十六中的区内初中班学生作为被试对象,针对内初班少数民族学生在校跨行为文化适应在语言和人际交往方面进行了定量和定性研究,并针对这两方面的跨行为文化适应提出了相应的调适对策。Based on the theory of cultural adaptation and cultural changes, the paper took the 16th Junior Middle School students in Shihezi city as the subjects. A quantitative and qualitative study were conducted on the cross cultural adaptation of junior middle school students from prospects of language and interpersonal communication and the corresponding countermeasures for cross adaptation from these two aspects were put forward.
