大学学生入学前背景因素对入学后学业成绩的影响——基于平均学分绩点的实证研究

摘　　要：学业成绩是衡量学生在校期间学习成果的重要指标,大量分析证明在基础教育阶段学生的家庭背景,尤其是家庭社会经济背景与其学业成绩有相当大的影响。本文以电科院某专业连续四届学生信息为样本,分析学生入学前的各背景因素对学业成绩的影响,得出:性别、民族、生源地、高中教育、父母职业情况等因素对学生的学业成绩有一定的影响,并在分析各背景因素对学生学业成绩形成影响的原因基础上,对如何改进教学管理工作提出了建议。Academic performance is an important index to measure students＂ learning ability, a large number of analysis shows that, in the basic education stage, students＇ family background have a considerable influence on their academic performance. Based on a sample of some four years of professional student information, this paper analyzes the background factors of influence on academic achievement before students entering college. The paper concluded that： gender, nationality, student-origin, high school education, and parents＇ occupation situation, all these factors have influence on students＇ academic achievement. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the teaching management work.
