摘 要:目的为薄膜包装材料在果蔬采后保鲜中的应用提供理论依据。方法综述国内外常见的3种薄膜包装材料的概念、优势以及在果蔬采后保鲜中的应用,并对目前薄膜材料存在的问题进行分析总结。结果薄膜包装材料一般具有安全无毒、绿色环保的性能,现已广泛应用于食品、医疗、环境、生物等领域,这里主要介绍了纳米薄膜、可食性薄膜和功能性薄膜包装在果蔬采后保鲜中的应用。结论薄膜保鲜在果蔬保鲜中的研究目前处于起步阶段,还有很多问题待解决。方便快捷、无毒无害的保鲜技术将会成为未来我国采后果蔬保鲜技术的发展趋势。The work aims to provide theoretical basis for the application of film packaging materials in postharvest preservation of fruits and vegetables. The concept, advantages and application of the three kinds of common film packaging materials in the postharvest preservation of fruits and vegetables at home and abroad were reviewed, and the problems currently existing in the films were analyzed and summarized. The film packaging material, generally featured by safety, non-toxicity and environmental protection, was widely applied in food, medicine, environment, biology and other fields. The application of nano film, edible film and functional film package in the postharvest preservation of fruits and vegetables was mainly introduced herein. The study of film applied in fruit and vegetable preservation is still in its infancy, and there are still many problems to be solved. This convenient, non-toxic and harmless preservation technology will become the future development trend of China's postharvest preservation technology for fruits and vegetables.
