摘　　要：白内障术后眼内炎是导致失明的严重并发症。近年来，致病菌发生了新的变化，在印度和中国，目前以革兰阴性菌及真菌导致的感染多见。同时，细菌对抗生素的耐药也在逐渐增加。为了保障安全的白内障手术，对于新的治疗指南不断的调整和定期评估是很有必要的。Endophthalmitis after cataract surgery is a serious complication that leads to blindness. In recent years, there have been new changes in pathogenic bacteria. In India and China, there are many infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria and fungi. At the same time, the resistance of bacteria to antibiotics is also increasing. A continuous research and periodic evaluation of the current practice against the new evidences is necessary for a safe cataract surgery.
