摘 要:为了更好地治理选煤厂暗道给料机处的粉尘污染问题,以中煤平朔木瓜界选煤厂133暗道给料机下料处作为研究对象,采用离散相模型的粒子追踪技术获得了给料机处粉尘颗粒的扩散规律,提出以布袋除尘方式作为治理方案。分析结果表明,煤块间的挤压、摩擦及对落煤点的冲击作用会产生大量的粉尘,其粉尘浓度为40~190mg/m3;导料槽由于布袋除尘器的负压作用,会产生一个负压腔,有效地缓解了因物料下落导致的正压所带来的影响,阻断了作业空间的煤尘逸散。现场实践表明,133暗道给料机安装布袋除尘器后,4个测点的全尘与呼吸性粉尘质量浓度的最低降尘率分别达到了91.41%和92.25%。In order to better control the dust pollution problem of coal feeder in coal preparation plant taking the feeding position of 133 covert channel feeder in China Coal Pingshuo Muguajie coal preparation plant as study object, the diffusion rule of dust granular a- round coal feeder was achieved by using particle tracer technique based on discrete phase model, the treatment scheme of bag dust-cleaning way was put forward. Analysis results showed that the extrusion and friction between coal briquettes and the impact effect on coal feeding position would both produce a large amount of dust, and the dust concentration was 40~190 mg/m3 ; under the effect of negative pres- sure of bag-type dust collector, the feed channel formed a negative pressure cavity, which effectively counteracted the positive pressure caused by material falling and eliminated the dust diffusion in work space. The field practice showed that after installing a bag-type dust collector in 133 covert channel feeder, the minimum dust fall rates of total dust mass concentration and respirable dust mass concentration at 4 measure points reached 91.41 % and 92. 25 % respectively.
