摘　　要：基于大学生就业逆向选择行为影响理论文献,致力于调查分析家庭庇护连带下高职大学生就业逆向选择行为的影响因素,采用实证方式检验影响作用机制理论假说。研究发现:社会资本和文化资本因素对高职学生就业逆向意愿产生显著影响作用;而人力资本作为生产能力和配置能力的资源,起到关键中介调节作用,且人力资本在家庭资本如何影响就业逆向意向形成的关系网络中起到缓解作用,因此,要降低就业逆向意愿形成,促进正向就业意向。Based on the theory of literature that the college students＇ behavior effect on the adverse selection of employment, this paper works on investigating and analyzing the factors influencing the adverse selection of vocational college students＇ employment under the joint aegis family, and tests the hypothesis of the influence mechanism theory by using the empirical method. Research result shows that social and cultural capital factors will have a significant effect on the employment reverse intention of higher vocational college students; however human capital, as an important resources of production capacity and allocation ability, plays a key intermediary adjust role, and the human capital plays an effective mitigating role in how the family capital influences the relationship network formed through reverse intention of employment. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the formation of reverse employment intention, and promote positive employment intention.
