依达拉奉与恩必普联合用药治疗脑梗死的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨依达拉奉联合恩必普对脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果。 方法 将80例脑梗死患者随机分为两组，对照组给予依达拉奉治疗，实验组加用恩必普，比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损与生活能力、总体治疗效果与药物不良反应。 结果 实验组治疗后NIHSS评分[（4.32±1.34）分]显著低于对照组[（7.17±2.28）分]，BI指数（78.38±12.96）显著高于对照组（60.55±12.05），总有效率（100%）显著高于对照组（80.0%），差异有统计学意义（t＝6.816、6.372，χ2＝6.806，P〈0.01）；显效率（72.5%）明显高于对照组（47.5%），差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5.208，P〈0.05）；两组患者治疗期间总体药物不良反应率（17.5%比12.5%）比较差异未见统计学意义（χ2＝0.392，P〉0.05）。 结论 依达拉奉联合恩必普对脑梗死患者治疗效果显著，安全性较高，具有借鉴意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of edaravone combined with bu- tylphthalide on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with edaravone, and the patients in the experiment group were treated with edaravone and butylphthalide. The neurological deficit and life ability, overall therapeutic effect and adverse drug reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The BI index （78.38 ± 12. 96）, the NIHSS score （4. 32 ± 1.34） in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group （60.55 ± 12.05, 7.17 ± 2.28）, the differ- ences were significant （ t = 6. 816, 6. 372, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total effective rate of the experiment group （ 100% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 80. 0% ）, the markedly effective rate of the experiment group （ 72.5 % ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （47.5 %, P 〈 0.05）. The difference of overall adverse drug reaction rate between the two groups （17.5% vs. 12. 5% ） was not significant （χ2 = 0. 392 ,P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The efficacy of edaravone combined with butylphthalide enalapril on patients with cerebral infarction is significant and safe, and it can be used for reference.
