摘 要:目的研究消痤合剂的体外抑菌作用。方法采用纸片扩散法测量消痤合剂对2种痤疮致病菌的抑菌圈大小,并采用二倍稀释法测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果消痤合剂对2种痤疮致病菌有不同程度的抑菌作用,对痤疮丙酸杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为500μL/m L、250μL/m L。结论消痤合剂对痤疮致病菌具有一定的抑制作用,有良好的应用前景。Objective To study the antibacterial effect of Anti-acne mixture.Methods The size of bacteriostatic ring produced by anti-acne mixture to two kinds of acne pathogens was meas- ured by the paper diffusion method and its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was deter- mined by double dilution method.Results Anti-acne mixture showed bacteriostasis to acne pro- pionate and staphylococcus aureus at different levels,to the former 500μL/mL and latter 250 μL/mL.Conclusion Anti-acne mixture has certain inhibitory effect on the pathogenic bacteria and has a good application foreground.
