摘 要:采用文献资料调研、心理测量和数理统计法探讨体育锻炼频率和时间与大学生焦虑情绪的关系。结果表明,在大学生中,经常锻炼的焦虑因子得分显著低于中等频率锻炼和基本不参与锻炼的大学生;长时间锻炼的焦虑因子得分显著低于中等时间和短时间锻炼的大学生。根据研究结果分析高频率、长时间参与体育锻炼干预大学生焦虑情绪的可能原因,为高校体育教育提供借鉴。with the methods of literature consultation, psychological measurement and mathematical statistics, the paper explores the relationship between exercising frequency and duration and college students'anxiety. The investigation results reveal that college students with high exercising frequency have lower anxiety scores than the ones with moderate exercising frequency or no exercise. Col- lege students with long exercising duration have lower anxiety scores than the ones with moderate exercising duration or short exercising duration. According to the results, the paper analyzes possible reasons of the interventional effect of physical exercise with high frequency and long duration on college students'anxiety, in order to provide suggestion to college physical education.
