摘　　要："十三五"时期,推动毕业生更高质量就业是新形势下高校毕业生就业工作的重点,拟从要素设计、目标设计和评估设计三个方面入手思考就业质量的构成。提出通过思想认识科学化、素质拓展全程化、队伍建设专业化、工作手段信息化、市场开拓多元化、就业服务精准化,来全面提升高校毕业生的就业质量。During the 13th Five - year Plan, the focus of university graduates＇employment is to improve the employment quality from the aspects of factor design, target design and evaluation design. The quality of employment of university graduates should be improved from the scientization of thinking and understanding, the whole - process of quality expands, the specialization of team building, the information of work means, the diversification of market development and the precision of employment services.
