摘  要:为探讨复方中药英黄散水煎液对奶牛乳房炎致病菌的抑菌能力及抗炎效果,首先对乳房炎患牛奶中的致病菌分离鉴定,通过牛津杯法进行药敏试验,采用常量肉汤稀释法测定英黄散对不同致病菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度;将小鼠随机分为英黄散低、中、高剂量组,阿司匹林药物组,空白对照组,然后开展二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、小鼠棉球致肉芽肿试验、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性变化试验,观察英黄散的抗炎作用。结果,经分离鉴定,得到3种致病菌,分别为无乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌;这3种致病菌对英黄散均具有一定的敏感性;其最小抑菌浓度依次为31.25、62.5、125 mg/m L;最小杀菌浓度依次为62.5、125、250 mg/m L。抗炎试验结果显示,与空白对照组相比,英黄散高剂量组及阿司匹林药物组能明显减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度且差异极显著(P<0.01),中剂量组差异显著(P<0.05);英黄散高剂量组与阿司匹林组小鼠腹腔渗透液吸光度明显低于空白对照组且差异极显著(P<0.01),中剂量组差异显著(P<0.05);英黄散低剂量组及阿司匹林组肉芽肿增重明显低于空白对照组且差异极显著(P<0.01),中剂量组差异显著(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,英黄散具有良好的抑菌能力及抗炎效果。The purpose of this study was to study the antibacterial effects of the water decoction from Yinghuang pulvis (YHP) on mastitis pathogen in vitro and the anti-inflammatory effects.In this experiment,firstly,we isolated and identified the bacteria from the milk samples of dairy mastitis cows.The drug-sensitivity was tested by the Oxford cup method.The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were measured by double broth dilution method.Then,mice were randomly assignedinto five groupsforthe test:YHP of the high-dose group (YHP-H),middle-dose group (YHP-M),low-dose group (YHP-L),the blank control group and aspirin group.Test of dimethylbenzene-induced mouse auricular tumefaction,acetic acid-induced changes in peritoneal capillary permeability and cotton pellet-induced granuloma were adopted to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.In result,we isolated 3 kinds of bacteria including Streptococcus agalactiae,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.The result of the drug sensitivity test suggested that the 3 kinds of bacteria were sensitive to YHP.The MIC of YHP to the 3 kinds of bacteria were 31.25,62.50 and 125.00 mg/m L,and the MBC were62.5,125.0 and 250.0 mg/m L,respectively.The result of anti-inflammatory effects showed that the YHP-H group and the aspirin group could obviously inhibit inflammatory reactions in mice with auricular swelling induced by dimethylbenzene compared with blank contorol group (P〈0.01),and the YHP-M reached a significant level (P〈0.05).The obsorbance values of the YHP-H group and the aspirin group were obviously lower compared with the blank control group (P〈0.05),and the YHP-H group reached a significant level (P〈0.01).Compared with the blank control group,the weight gain of granulomas induced by cotton pellet was lower in the YHP-M group and the difference reached a significant level (P〈0.05),and the YSP-L group and the aspirin group reached a very significant level (P〈0.01).The abo
