摘  要:发展心理学家对青少年族群认同发展过程普遍模式的理论建构和实证研究是西方族群认同研究的重要方面。以Erikson的认同形成理论和Marcia的认同状态理论为指导,研究者在对青少年族群认同发展阶段的看法上主要存在三种理论倾向并开发了相应的测量工具:Cross的黑化理论及黑人种族认同量表、Phinney的族群认同发展的三阶段理论及多群体族群认同测验、Uma1a-Taylor的族群认同发展的八阶段理论及族群认同量表。未来族群认同发展的研究应:(1)整合不同学科的研究内容,将对族群认同发展过程和族群认同发展内容结合起来;(2)综合使用定量的等级量表评定法及定性的叙事法,丰富族群认同发展研究的内涵,提升族群认同发展研究的水平。The theoretical construction and empirical studies on the general model of adolescents' ethnic identity development made by developmental psychologists constitute an important part of the western studies of ethnic identity. Guided by Erikson' s identity formation theory and Marcia' s identity status theory, researchers have established three theories and developed measuring tools which are Cross' theory of the black race and the black racial identity scale, Phinney' s three-stage model of ethnic identity development and multi- group ethnic identity measure, and Umafia-Taylor' s eight-stage theory of ethnic identity development and ethnic identity scale. Future researches of ethnic identity development should 1 ) integrate research contents of different fields to combine the process and content of ethnic identity development; and 2 ) make a comprehensive application of quantitative rating scale evaluation and qualitative narrative method to enrich the connotation and uplift the level of the researches.
