摘  要:随着民办高校内涵建设的不断深入,其教师专业发展问题也被教育理论工作者、教育管理者、教育决策者和广大教师所关注。梳理文献后发现,现有研究存在一些不足,如对民办高校教师专业发展问题核心概念的界定不够清晰,多从管理者的视角开展研究,内容体系尚不够完整,理论演绎型和经验型居多,缺少实证研究。在此基础上,对未来相关研究的方向进行展望,以期深化该问题的理论和实践研究。Along with the development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning, the problem of teachers' professional development has attracted the concerns of scholars as well as education managers, education policy makers and teachers. This pa- per provides a literature analysis of the studies on teachers' professional development and finds out the deficiencies of the studies such as the unclear definition of the core concept, biased from the perspective of managers for the studies, incomplete content system, mainly based on theoretical deduction and experience, and lack of empirical research. On this basis, the paper provides an outlook for the future direction of relevant research in order to deepen the theory and practice of the study.
