新型戊二醛-癸甲溴铵复合消毒剂的杀菌效果及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的研制适合进境口岸日常使用的复合广谱消毒剂,分析其杀菌效果及影响因素,为口岸广泛使用提供理论依据。方法通过杀菌实验筛选出戊二醛和癸甲溴铵合适的配伍浓度,得到戊二醛癸甲溴铵复合消毒剂,开展其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果研究以及温度、pH、有机物、稳定性、金属腐蚀性影响研究。结果对大肠杆菌的杀菌结果显示,0.005%戊二醛和0.001%癸甲溴铵作用10 min时杀灭对数值为7.49,相当于10倍浓度的单方戊二醛或20倍浓度的单方癸甲溴铵的效果;0.01%戊二醛和0.002%癸甲溴铵作用10 min时金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值为7.93。该消毒剂的杀菌效果随温度的升高而升高,pH值对其作用效果影响不大,25%以上的有机干扰物会使消毒剂的效果下降60%,复合消毒剂的稳定性比单方略有提高。金属腐蚀性的测试结果表明复合消毒剂对铝、铜基本无腐蚀,对碳钢有轻度腐蚀,高浓度下对不锈钢有轻度腐蚀。结论戊二醛癸甲溴铵复合消毒剂灭菌效果和稳定性优于单方,受外界因素影响下,金属腐蚀性低,适用于口岸的防疫处理。Objective To study on the development of a compound disinfectant for entry port and analysis of germici-dal efficacy and influencing factors. Methods New type Glutaraldehyde（GTA）-Decamethylammonium bromide（DDAB）compound disinfectant were selected by Quantitative Sterilization Test of Suspension（QSTS）. Escherichia coli and Straphylococcus aureus were used to analyze the bactericide effects and temperature,pH,organism,metal infectors. Results The Killing Log（KL） value of E.coli killed by 0.005% GTA and 0.001% DDAB at 10 min was 7.49,which was equivalent to 10 times of GTA or 20 times of DDAB alone. KL of S. aureus killed by 0.01% GTA and 0.002% DDAB at 10 min was 7.93. The activity of GTA-DDAB compound disinfectant was enhanced by higher temperature,while was not influenced too much by pH and 60% reduced by 25% organic interferences. The pH of compound disinfectant was 6.93,and with the presence of DDAB,the stability of GTA was slightly increased. There was no corrosion to aluminum and copper,slight corrosion to carbon steel,but in high concentration the compound disinfectant was light corrosive to stainless steel. Conclusion The GTA-DDAB compound disinfectant had low active concentration,short bactericidal time,small external factors and low corrosion of metals,which was suitable for port epidemic prevention.
