摘 要:经济新常态下以实现经济发展由资源驱动向创新驱动转变为目标,创新创业教育则可以通过提高学生的创新创业能力进而实现与地方经济发展的有效对接,实现对经济的助推作用。然而,缺少科学的办学理念、缺乏创新创业教学资源、课程设置不科学以及实践环节较为薄弱等,制约了创新创业教育的发展。因此,本文将经济新常态作为创新创业教育的背景,提出树立科学的办学理念、整合创新创业教学资源、丰富创新创业课程内容、建立高校创新创业教育平台等对策,以期促进创新创业教育的深化发展。In the new economic normal, the economy will be driven by innovation but not by resources as before. Accordingly, to improve university student's innovation and entrepreneurship ability and fulfill the effective combination with the regional economy are the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education.However, the shortage of scientific school management theory and teaching resources as well as the unscientific curriculum and weak practical training restrict the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this study, how to establish scientific school management theory, integrate innovation and entrepreneurship resources, richen related curriculum and build innovation and entrepreneurship education platform under the new economic normal is discussed.
