摘　　要：在分析其相关基础概念及合作流程的基础上,对合作各阶段存在的问题进行全面、系统的梳理,并提出相应的解决对策,可用于指导企业基于协同创新的知识产权合作实践。By the analysis of the related basic concepts and process of the cooperation, the problems of its each stage were sorted out comprehensively and systematically. And then the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. It can be used to guide the practices for the enterprise to the practices of the intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation.
